Bases Concurso Afiche Partido Socialista de Chile 1. PresentaciónEl Partido Socialista de Chile en el marco de los 90 años de existencia, que se cumplen el próximo 19 de abril de 2023, realiza entre su militancia y simpatizantes el concurso denominado “90 años haciendo historia”, consistente en la realización de un afiche conmemorativo cuyo propósito es convertirse en la pieza central que acompañará las diversas instancias de actos conmemorativos, así como su difusión a través de las redes sociales del Partido. 2. Participantes Podrán participar personas individuales, profesionales y no profesionales de las artes. Al enviar su trabajo se otorga el derecho de su uso por parte de la entidad promotora del concurso, respetando el derecho de autor. 3. InscripcionesLos participantes deben enviar su trabajo hasta el día 10 de abril a las 00:00 horas, al mail: pschile@pschile.cl Los participantes deben enviar el material del concurso con los respectivos datos: Nombresde autor/pseudónimo. 4. Evaluación del Jurado• Solo se permite presentar máximo de dos trabajos por participante.• El día 11 de abril se realizará la calificación de las obras y el día12 de abril el jurado realizará la calificación y comunicación de la obra ganadora. • No se permiten trabajos presentados en otros concursos ni que hayan sido comercializadas de alguna manera. • Se eliminará a los concursantes que no envíen su obra hasta la hora y día indicados. 4.1 JuradosEl jurado estará Compuesto por 3 personas: Fanny Pollarolo, Anita Lagos y Arturo Barrios. 5. Criterios de calificación El Jurado calificara en base de 10 puntos, según los siguientes criterios:Dificultad técnica (2 puntos): procedimiento en la creación de la imagen, ya sea por preparación de los parámetros adecuados al motivo, escenificación, preproducción y/o postproducción de las imágenes.Originalidad (2 puntos): Cómo de singular es la imagen aportada.Creatividad (2 puntos): Aplicación de la imaginación en la configuración de la imagen. Concepto.Ya sea por composición, postproducción, narrativa, poética de la imagen o laconfluencia de estos parámetros.Mensaje (2 puntos): Correlación técnica-mensaje: ¿La técnica aporta o potencia la expresividad de lo que se quiere contar? ¿Hay algún tipo de relación entre ambas? ¿Se crea discurso?Belleza y estética final (2 puntos): Se valorará la estética y belleza final de la imagen, almargen de los elementos también enumerados anteriormente. 6. Formato de afiche 70 cm de alto x 50 cm de ancho y un peso máximo de 10MB 7 premio: El afiche ganador será la pieza artística oficial y conmemorativa de los 90 años del Partido Socialista

• En la jornada del lunes 6 de marzo, en la Población Zelada de Estación Central, cerca de 200 mujeres; ministras; lideresas; dirigentas; militantes y vecinas, conmemoraron el Día Internacional de la Mujer. Con un comunitario y emotivo encuentro encabezado por la vicepresidenta Nacional de la Mujer y diputada por la región de Atacama, Daniella Cicardini Milla, junto a la presidenta del Partido Socialista, Paulina Vodanovic, la Vicepresidencia de la Mujer convocó a conmemorar un nuevo Día Internacional de la Mujer. La instancia contó con la presencia de la ministra de Defensa, Maya Fernández Allende; de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia, Ana Lya Uriarte; la senadora por la región de Valparaíso; Isabel Allende Bussi; la gobernadora por la región de Aysén, Andrea Macías Palma; la alcaldesa por Quinta Normal, Karina Delfino; integrantes de la Mesa Directiva del partido; las concejalas por la RM; Carola Riveros, Ximena Tobar, Catalina Magaña, Alda Magaña, y Robinson Valdebenito; militantes, vecinas y vecinos de la comuna, quienes acentuaron el fraterno espacio de diálogo y reflexión en torno a los desafíos y avances en materia de políticas públicas y perspectiva de género. En la actividad, con motivo de destacar la participación política de militantes históricas y dirigentas, la colectividad obsequió quince reconocimientos a compañeras de Chile y el exterior con la consigna de “reconocer su rol político, liderazgo y compromiso de género en colaboración con el Partido Socialista de Chile”. “No debemos prescindir en que la agenda de género está disociada socioculturalmente de la dimensión de necesidades ciudadanas básicas, e incorporarla imperiosamente en la retina de la ciudadanía, es hoy parte fundamental de nuestro desafío como lideresas”, destacó Daniella Cicardini en la oportunidad. Por su parte, la gobernadora Andrea Macías, puntualizó en que “en un mundo que está poco pensado para las mujeres, agradezco a la Vicepresidencia de la Mujer por todo el trabajo que se está haciendo, al igual que todas las mujeres lideresas de nuestra familia socialista”.
